Booking Conditions
- The price is all inclusive, all electricity, gas and all the beds are made up for your arrival
- In addition to the weekly cost of the house we will ask you for a deposit of £100 against breakages/damage or extra cleaning. If no deductions are necessary the £100 will be returned within 7 days.

- Please telephone us to reserve your holiday, we require 1/3 of the week's price as a deposit and the balance is due 8 weeks before your holiday commences. We can only accept payment by cheque and this must be received within 5 days to confirm your booking. We will send confirmation via email or post if you prefer.
