The dining area looks out onto the leafy, sheltered rear garden, a paradise for birds, squirrels and badgers (if you’re lucky!). The separate dining room seats eight and has patio doors leading to the balcony with ‘breakfast table’ to take in the views across the Bay to Godrevy Lighthouse. The main bathroom is luxuriously fitted with underfloor heating and ‘wet room’ style shower. In addition there is also a separate toilet and a second shower on the lower floor.
